1. When will the tickets be available?

Tickets will be available starting October 11 at 12:00 NN.

 

2. Where can we get tickets?

You can purchase tickets online at thejuansofficial.com.

 

3. How much are the tickets?

Ticket prices are as follows:

Center Floor Seated: ₱1,500

Center Regular Seated: ₱1,500
Right & Left Regular Seated: ₱1,200

Standing: ₱1,200

 

4. What is the difference between Floor Seated and Regular Seated tickets?

Floor Seated tickets come with pillow seats, while Regular Seated tickets come with chair seats.

 

5. How many tickets can I purchase per transaction?

You can purchase a maximum of 5 tickets per transaction.

 

6. What are the accepted modes of payment?

Accepted payment methods include e-wallets and bank transfers through GCash, Maya, MariBank, BDO, and BPI.

 

7. How long do I have to pay for my reserved ticket?

You have 24 hours to complete your payment. If payment is not completed within this period, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

 

8. Are tickets refundable or transferable?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. For ticket transfers, please refer to the official event guidelines or contact the organizers for the applicable requirements and procedures.

 

9. Will there be walk-in tickets available at the venue?

Door tickets are subject to availability. Since the venue has limited capacity, we highly recommend securing your tickets online in advance.

 

10. Do I need to print my e-ticket?

No need to print your e-ticket! Simply present it on your phone, along with a valid ID, at the registration table.

 

11. What should I do if I haven't received my e-ticket?

Please check your email inbox, spam, and promotions folders first. If you still haven't received your e-ticket after completing your payment, contact the organizers through the official event channels for assistance.

What is “In The Room”?

“In The Room” is a live and exclusive experience where you get to enjoy intimate performances, special versions of songs, and unforgettable moments shared only with those present.

 

When is the event?

The event will take place on October 23,  2025.

 

Where is the venue?

The event will be held at Create Studios, located on the 4th floor of Ayala Malls Vertis North.

 

Where is Create Studios located?

It is located on the 4th floor of Ayala Malls Vertis North, Japan Town, beside Ayumi / Urbansmiles.

 

What time does the program start?

The program officially starts at 7:00 PM.

 

What time does the queueing start?

Queueing will begin at 4:30 PM. We recommend arriving early to allow enough time for queueing, registration, and ticket verification before the doors open.

 

What time do the gates open?

Gates open and registrations start at 5:00 PM.

 

Will late arrivals still be allowed entry?

We will accommodate entry until 7:30 PM.

 

How can I be part of the event?

The event is ticketed, and you must purchase a ticket to enter.

 

Will there be any seat reservations?

Yes! Seats will be reserved or assigned for ticket holders under the Floor Seated and Regular Seated categories.

 

Can we bring outside food and drinks?

Strictly no outside food and beverages are allowed. 

 

Can I bring a camera?

Personal cameras and mobile phones may be allowed, provided they do not disrupt the event. Professional cameras, large recording equipment, tripods, and other production equipment may be restricted. Please follow the instructions of event staff.
