What is “In The Room”?
“In The Room” is a live and exclusive experience created by The Juans and Juanistas where you get to enjoy intimate performances, special versions of songs, and unforgettable moments shared only with those present.
When is the event?
The next "In The Room" event will take place on April 22, 2025.
Where is the venue?
The event will be held at Create Studios, located on the 4th floor of Ayala Malls Vertis North.
What time does the program start?
The program officially starts at 6:00 PM.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving earlier to allow time for registration and to secure your spot before the program begins.
What time do the gates open?
Gates open at 5:30 PM, while registration starts at 4:30 PM.
Where is Create Studios located?
It is located on the 4th floor of Ayala Malls Vertis North, Japan Town, beside Ayumi / Urbansmiles.
Will late arrivals still be allowed entry?
We will accommodate entry until 6:30 PM.
How can I be part of the event?
The event is ticketed, and you need to purchase one to be able to enter.
TICKETS AND SEATING
When is the ticket selling?
Tickets will be available starting April 14, 2026 at 12:00 noon.
How much will the event pass cost?
Tickets cost PHP 1,500 each.
Where can I buy tickets?
You can purchase tickets through The Juans’ official website.
What are the available payment methods?
Tickets can be purchased via GCash, BPI, and BDO bank transfer.
What type of seating is available?
All tickets are standing only.
How many tickets can I purchase?
You can purchase a maximum of 10 tickets per transaction.
Until when can I pay for my reserved ticket?
You have 24 hours to complete the payment for your reserved ticket. After this period, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
OTHERS
What should I present upon entry (printed ticket, digital copy, valid ID)?
You may present any valid government-issued ID and your Digital Ticket with QR Code.
Can minors attend without a guardian?
Minors may attend if accompanied by an adult or with an authorization letter from a guardian, along with a valid ID.
Will food and drinks be available inside?
Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
